Going to Nashville for Au Pair Conference | Finding a Japanese au pair

I am VERY excited to visit Nashville this week. There is an au pair conference organized by InterExchange Au Pair USA, our partner institution.

I will meet other international cooperators recruiting au pairs in many different countries, and of course I will meet InterExchange’s local coordinators and staff members. I would love to hear how my Japanese au pairs are doing. I will hear updates on au pair regulations and J-1 VISA issues.

I am confident that it will be productive three days.

Au Pair Information

What is Au Pair?: Au Pair can provide in-home childcare with flexible schedule. Japanese au pair can provide childcare, teach Japanese and Japanese culture to children.
Average Age of Japanese au pair: 25 years old. Many of Japanese au pairs graduated from a college or university with few years of professional experiences.
Driving Experience: To obtain a Japanese driver's license, it is rquired to go to a driving school and pass a driving test prior to going to the Driver's License Center.
Chidcare Experience: Many of Japanese au paris are former pre-schooo/kindergarten teachers with a degree in childcare education. Others experienced baby sitting, or volunteer activities at educational institutions.
